Wondering…

There are many wonders in this world… wonders that were created by God to the wonders that were created through men and women like us through…yeah you guessed it, GOD! If you didn’t guess that think about who created us, therefore it is always God because he formed us in HIS IMAGE. 

I digress…

As I’ve already stated,  there are many wonders in the world… yes wonders.. and some can be good while others can be not so good. More often than not people that you are around at work, at school, in your neighborhood, church or even closer that that IN YOUR HOME could be wondering at this moment, (well not at this very moment because they should be asleep like me because it’s almost midnight) could be wondering if they are loved and cared for. 

There are many things that you and I wonder about but not being sure if you are truly loved and cared for; should not be something that we ponder. Especially since God calls us to love one another. 

Ponder these questions if you would: 

How are you loving your neighbor i.e those you choose to do life with, family, foe, or stranger? Do you give a kind word, do you serve, have you told the ones you love what mean to you other than just saying I love you? Do you love from a distance? How is being distant loving? 

There are many in this world that spend a lot of time alone (like me) that want to be not only told that their loved and feel cared for by others on earth. More than that or I  should say equal to that many need to know and be reminded of Gods love and we as God’s ambassadors should be the one to show them and also show it to one another. 

These questions are for you to sort for yourselves and then act on it if you aren’t already. Love out loud! 

Friendships do not always equal forever.

 Most Friends are seasonal… and it is very unfortunate especially when you would like to keep them in your life. 

Some friends turn out to be only acquaintances and are only in your life because you have the same interests. Maybe you are employed at the same place, went to school together, did ministry together, or even went to the same church. Whatever the case, friendships do not last forever, as much as we would love to believe they do. We all have gone through a few different friendships in our lives.

Friendships always work better when both parties are putting in the effort to stay friends and become closer. But there becomes a point when it seems like everything is going perfectly fine, then you notice that your friend begins to act differently, and they begin to distance themselves from you. This might be gradual or it could be something that happens quite suddenly and out of the blue, but however it happens, it can be so difficult when friends distance themselves from you.

Have you experienced that? I know that I have and I am right now. So trusting new friendships in your life becomes challenging because you don’t know if they genuinely want to be your friend, are just being nice, or even just being “Christian” because it’s what Jesus would want them to do. 

Going forward, I have to trust…We have to trust that God knows what he is doing with allowing people to disappear or enter our lives while remembering that friendships don’t last forever. The people that are meant to be in our lives will be there and whoever isn't... won't.  But when we have someone that we call a friend, we have to make sure that we are being the kind of friend that we want someone to be to us.  

Moving forward is a part of life, Sometimes you have to encourage yourself along the way because people in life come and go.

Some of those people you want to keep forever 

While others we have to learn to let go...

Letting go is hard but if we don't do the hard things then we can't move forward

Not just in the aspect of people but generally in life you MUST move forward, even if you have to do it alone. You have to do what you think is best for you, but in finding what is best for you, you have to ask God and Seek God and he will lead you wherever he needs you to be

God says he will be with us wherever we go, 

We must trust God and know that he has the better answer

We just have to do the work to find the answer, even when it's difficult and we want to give up

Moving forward is key, even when you feel LOST.... but please keep. moving. forward.....
